Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Welcome to Algorithm Zero. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and purchasing our services.
In these terms, “Algorithm Zero,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AlgorithmZero, trading as Algorithm Zero. “You” and “client” refer to the person or organization using our website or purchasing our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these terms before placing an order or entering into a service agreement with us. When you accept these terms during checkout or as part of a proposal or agreement, they form part of your agreement with Algorithm Zero.
If you purchase services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into the agreement for that organization.
2. Our Services
We provide digital services that may include:
-
Graphic design and visual identity.
-
Responsive website design and development.
-
Mobile and web application development.
-
E-commerce and content management systems.
-
Search engine optimization.
-
Helpdesk and CRM configuration and integration.
-
AI automation and SaaS development.
-
Related maintenance, support, and consulting.
The specific deliverables, fees, schedule, and responsibilities for your project will be set out in your accepted proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement.
If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these terms, the project-specific agreement takes priority for that project, subject to applicable law.
3. Orders and Project Scope
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create an obligation to purchase.
Before work begins, we will confirm the agreed scope, payment arrangements, and any required materials or access. For online packages, the applicable package description and order confirmation define what is included.
Additional pages, features, integrations, content, or revisions outside the agreed scope require written approval and may involve additional fees or changes to the schedule.
4. Pricing and Payments
Fees, currency, applicable taxes, deposits, milestones, and payment deadlines will be stated in the relevant checkout, proposal, or invoice.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software licenses, paid plugins, advertising spend, and platform subscriptions are included only when expressly stated.
For overdue payments, we may pause affected services after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.
Recurring services must have their billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation process disclosed before you subscribe.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate requirements, necessary materials, authorized access, and timely feedback.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply including text, images, logos, customer information, and other data may lawfully be used for the project.
Please review deliverables carefully and identify corrections or concerns during the agreed review period. Delayed materials, access, or approvals may affect delivery dates.
6. Timelines, Revisions, and Acceptance
Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, and the availability of required systems and materials.
The number of included revisions and the process for reviewing and accepting deliverables will be stated in your project agreement. New concepts or substantial changes to previously approved work may be treated as additional work.
If a material delay occurs, we will communicate its expected impact and discuss an updated schedule.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Termination
Cancellation requests should be sent to info@algorithmzero.com.
The cancellation and refund conditions disclosed before purchase or included in your project agreement apply. These should explain how completed work, unused payments, and approved third-party commitments are handled.
If either party materially breaches the agreement, the other party may provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, where appropriate, before terminating the agreement.
On termination, we will address outstanding fees, completed deliverables, access, and the return or deletion of client materials in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the materials you provide.
Your project agreement will specify ownership and usage rights for final designs, code, content, source files, and other deliverables, including any conditions relating to payment.
Pre-existing tools, reusable components, open-source software, stock assets, fonts, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
Our services may involve third-party platforms, payment providers, hosting companies, app stores, APIs, or software tools.
Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, fees, and policies. Their availability, approval decisions, pricing, or features may change independently of Algorithm Zero.
Where such changes affect your project, we will discuss available options. Additional work may require a separate agreement.
10. SEO, Marketing, and Business Results
We perform the work agreed for your project but do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, sales, revenue, or conversion rates.
Results depend on factors that may include competition, market conditions, search engine changes, advertising budgets, and your products or services.
Examples and portfolio projects illustrate past work and do not promise identical outcomes.
11. AI and Automation Services
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and may require human review.
The project agreement should identify approved data sources, permitted actions, review requirements, and responsibility for monitoring automated workflows.
You must not provide personal, confidential, or restricted information to an AI service unless its use has been authorized and the necessary safeguards and agreements are in place.
12. Maintenance and Support
Ongoing hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, maintenance, and support are included only where expressly agreed.
Any post-launch correction period, support hours, response targets, or service levels will be defined in your project agreement.
New features, third-party changes, or issues arising from modifications made by others may require additional work.
13. Confidentiality and Privacy
Each party will protect confidential information received during the project and use it only for the agreed purposes, except where disclosure is authorized or required by law.
Our handling of personal information through this website is described in our privacy-policy.
Where a project involves processing personal information on your behalf, additional data-processing and security terms may be required.
14. Portfolio Use
We will obtain your permission before using non-public project materials, confidential information, or your name and logo in a case study or promotional material, unless such permission has already been provided in the project agreement.
Any agreed confidentiality or launch restrictions will be respected.
15. Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse our website by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious software, interfering with its operation, submitting unlawful material, or infringing another party’s rights.
Website content belonging to Algorithm Zero may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
16. Liability
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law.
Any agreed limitations of liability must be clearly stated in the applicable service agreement and are subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith.
Disputes will be handled, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will display the revised date on this page.
Updated terms will apply to future orders. Changes affecting existing agreements will be handled in accordance with those agreements and applicable law; publishing an update alone does not change an agreed project scope or price.
